You will need a user account so that you can maintain your data going forward. If you do not already have a login, you will be able to create one on the next page or you can simply log into the application using Google (use the button on the right on the next page). At the end of the renewal process, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment. If your browser opens up a second "secure browser" when sending you to PayPal, it may be necessary to do the entire renewal process from that secure brower in order to successfully renew.
